Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a highly specialized and gentle technique developed by Dr. Emil Vodder in Austria, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, enhance circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. This advanced method uses rhythmic, precise movements to encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid, reducing fluid retention, swelling, and discomfort.
To further enhance the benefits of MLD, we integrate Deep Oscillation Therapy, a non-invasive technology that uses gentle electrostatic impulses to penetrate deep into the tissues. This therapy helps reduce inflammation, break down fibrosis, promote tissue regeneration, and relieve pain, making it highly effective for conditions such as heavy legs, post-surgical swelling, chronic pain (such as fibromyalgia), and lipedema-related symptoms.

Notice: While our therapist is Dr. Vodder-trained in MLD, we do not currently provide treatment for lymphedema. Lymphedema often requires Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including compression bandaging and specialized care. If you wear compression garments or have undergone decongestive bandaging, we can apply MLD and Deep Oscillation Therapy to other areas of the body—but not the affected limb. For lymphedema-specific treatment, we recommend consulting your GP or a certified lymphedema specialist for appropriate medical support.
The synergy of the use of DEEP OSCILLATION.
The DEEP OSCILLATION system is not intended to replace existing forms of treatment. Rather, it aims to support, intensify and thus improve the effect and increase the duration of manual therapeutic forms such as classical massages, decongestive therapy, vibration and sport massages, as well as manual lymphatic drainage.
DEEP OSCILLATION® is a German, internationally patented, electrostatic, electromechanical field therapy, which promotes lymphatic drainage of the tissues. As opposed to externally applied, mechanical forms of massage therapy which vibrate on the skin surface, deep oscillation works through the entire tissue layers to a depth of 8 cm (Solangel Hernandez Tapanes, MD, MSc, 2010), with clinically proven effects, through skin, connective tissue, fat, muscles, and blood and lymph vessels. APPLICATION
Application is via the vinyl-gloved hands of the Practitioner as a massage, the biologically effective oscillations work in the tissue segment undergoing treatment.

(It can also be applied via applicators). For treatment, the patient holds a small titanium bar and the therapist is connected via an electrode adhered to their arm.
DEEP OSCILLATION® is non-invasive, non-traumatic and relaxing and is very well received by patients. Because of its gentle application, it is a unique treatment for acute and chronic injury and day one post-operative.
